The Hut Bar and Grill is located in John’s Pass Village on Madeira Beach, Florida. If you are looking for a relaxed, tropical atmosphere and a place to unwind with great food, good service and waterfront views, then this is the place to come!
Situated across Madeira Beach, The Hut Bar and Grill is among the many unique restaurants located on John’s Pass Village. You enter the restaurant from the boardwalk and walk down a staircase into the bar and dining area.
With beautiful waterfront views of Boca Ciega Bay, great vibe and several dining options, this spot is a popular destination for tourists. It offers a variety of water sport activities such as parasailing, wave running, jet skiing and dolphin watching to name a few. You can also just relax and enjoy the scenery if you want!
The fun decor inside the restaurant has a South Pacific theme. The indoor space is big with plenty of seating area and giant screen TV’s. The first thing you’ll notice is this big Polynesian statue holding the Malibu Bottle. As you look around, the decor is carried throughout the whole restaurant. Big tiki hut umbrellas are located in the outside area of the restaurant making the ambiance a little bit more of a tropical setting.
They have a wide variety of menu selections. Their appetizer section includes Beer Battered Onions Rings, Conch Fritters, Tiki Wraps, Buffalo Grouper Nuggets and more. Some of the Specialty Section items include Jumbo Wings, Tacos, and a Philly Cheese Steak. They also have Build Your Own Island Grillers that include Burgers, Chicken and Grouper Sandwiches as well as Fish and Chips and a Kid’s Meal Section.
I was in the mood for some wings, so I ordered the Hot Dry Jumbo “Sportsman’s Wings” that were lightly breaded served with celery sticks and ranch dressing as well as a side order of french fries. The wings were so hot and delicious they left my lips burning from the signature sauce! Perfect for dipping in ranch to cool off a little! My fries were golden, crispy and flavorful. Add a nice cold Coke to wash it all down and I was in fried food heaven!
If you ever visit John’s Pass Village, make sure to stop at The Hut Bar and Grill for some great food, service and beautiful views!
