The houses and residences of Old Northeast St. Pete are unique in their own style and character. It is a designated historic district and mostly residential, Old Northeast is located near downtown St. Pete. Many of the homes are along Coffee Pot Drive and Beach Drive which leads into the downtown district where you can shop, check out the museums, eat at a local restaurant and even catch a movie.
Considered to be one of the oldest areas of St. Pete, this neighborhood is close to North Shore Park. This waterfront park includes a jogging and biking trail, tennis courts, dog park, pool complex, beach and a playground big enough to play freesbee or flag football.

As you walk around the peaceful, quaint, safe and picturesque neighborhood area, the only sounds you hear are the birds chirping or a lawn mower being used. Homes in this desireable area range from apartments, condominiums, single and family style homes. The area feels like a blend of modern, elegant, vibrant yet vintage and old all combined in one.
Each home is surrounded by tall, lush, tropical green palm trees. Built and designed differently, giving each an individual character look. Some of the architecual designs include Mediterranean, Bungalow, Prairie, Colonial and Traditional homes. No houses here are built nor designed the same!
There are homes with balconies, courtyards and gardens, while others are just simple with no specific look to them, yet truly unique!!
